1. A credit card deposit will be needed to confirm spa appointments for two or more services and groups of two or more people.
2. We request a 24-hour cancellation notice if an appointment cannot be kept. In the event that 3 appointments are missed or not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, a pre payment with either Mastercard or Visa will be required to book your next appointment.
3. We ask that first-time clients come at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
4. You'll receive an appointment reminder call before your service, unless you request otherwise.
5. We recommend that clients schedule their next visit before leaving to ensure the exact date and time that is convenient for you.
6. Any sensitivity to a product can be modified.
7. Free sensitivity testing can be done prior to any service.
8. Clients over 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule (subject to charge).
9. If you have small children, please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. This will allow you, as well as other customers, to relax and enjoy your experience at Designer Edition.
10. Prices are subject to change and the difference is also subject to an additional cost.
11. No cash refunds will be given for gift certificates, products or services.
12. Gift certificates expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
13. No children under the age of 14 for spa services.
